808 Dust Bunnies Contract

Service Agreement:

This agreement is made between 808 Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service and the Client named below for the provision of cleaning services under the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Work

• The Company will provide cleaning services as agreed upon in the service order.

2. Preparation for Cleaning

• All areas must be cleared before the cleaner can commence work. This includes removing personal items, valuables, and any obstacles that may hinder the cleaning process.

3. Additional Services

• No additional services will be added unless cleared with a supervisor. Requests for extra services must be approved in advance.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment methods accepted: ACH transfers, Credit Cards, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Cash. No checks are accepted.
• For move-out cleaning services, all items must be removed from cabinets, drawers, and refrigerators before the cleaner arrives.
• For post-construction cleaning services, a 50% down payment is required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion of the services.
• Price estimates may change depending on the condition of the home or business.

5. Cancellation Policy

• A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

6. Liability and Safety

• The Client is responsible for putting away valuables before the cleaning service. 808 Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
• 808 Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of the Client's property during the cleaning service.

7. Condition of Premises

• The Company reserves the right to adjust the price estimate based on the actual condition of the home or business at the time of service. Any significant changes in the condition may result in additional charges.

8. Termination of Agreement

• Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. The Client is responsible for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Hawaii.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
