Subject: Follow-Up: Equity Financing Proposal and Eviction Notice

Aloha Uncle Ala,

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to provide an update on the equity financing proposal for the purchase of the home at 73-1275 Onaona Dr, Kailua-Kona.

I’ve been in contact with our equity mortgage lender, Kareem Sykes, and he has informed me that we have two options to secure the necessary funds:

1. Immediate Funding: If you decide to complete the financing process directly with Kareem, you would be able to receive the funds immediately.
2. Transfer of Title: If we proceed with transferring the title to us first, there will be a 6-month wait before we can secure the funds to provide to you.

Given these options, we would appreciate the opportunity to continue exploring the best approach to move forward with the purchase of the home. In light of this, we kindly ask that you remove the eviction notice you sent. We believe it is unnecessary at this point, as Noah is planning to relocate to Nevada, and we are diligently working towards a solution that benefits both parties.

Please know that we are still very much interested in purchasing the home and are doing everything we can to make it happen. Your cooperation and understanding during this process would be greatly appreciated.
